3B Statistics in R tutorial

This lab is intended to provide a quick introduction to more advanced data manipulation, loops, multivariate correlations, principle component analysis, linear regression, t-tests and analysis of variance. Please make sure that you have worked through Dan Bunker's W2B R lab before starting this. There is no screencast, but the comments in the script are extensive. Make sure that you view the script in a program that permits text wrapping or you may have to scroll to the right to read the longer comments. There are two items to download: the script and a datafile from Will Cornwell's work at Jasper Ridge in California. Please only use this data for the purposes of this lab.
