R scripts under construction!

This is a similar file to mk.grid.R; it makes the same index columns but the other columns are traits, not species. So column headings are DC (dicot), MC (monocot), P (perennial), A (annual), C3, C4, B (bottom canopy), M (mid-canopy), U (upper canopy), R (rhizomatous), C (caespitose), O (other/obligate seed repro), etc.

This R script is intended to fill the traits grid, but so far is not functional. It uses data from Full.grid.csv and from clean.traits.csv.
