Species and functional groups distribution per plots for TX and GA
Up one levelHere i calculated the frequency of species per plot by normalizing the number of species counted per row (each row sums to 1). Then i calculated the functional groups, based on a given tree, by simply summing all the row frequencies of species belonging to the same functional gorup together. I plotted the two graphs together.
