The number in the circles on the lines cross referencing represent the number of shared species among each of functional and taxonomic groups (# shared spp / # spp in funct group + # spp in tax group). Zeros are not shown for obvious reasons. We had talked about maybe color coding for TV vs GA. Should this also be done? cheers....
